The house is 90 m² and consists of five rooms and a kitchen, three of which are bedrooms. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room in an open plan, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs there is also a WC and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two beds in one and two beds plus a bunk bed in the other room. The two extra beds are in the form of a sofa bed in the hall above.
